The Company also publicizes news and information via the organization’s e-mail and online channels such as YouTube on the BDMS People channel. Besides, the Company recognizes the significance of the compliance of all business partners and contractors regarding safety and occupational health and safety management by employing the criteria and specifications in the procurement process. These criteria may include the compliance with rules and regulations concerning safety training and procurement of personnel safety equipment, all of which help minimize risks potentially arising from workplace accidents while strengthening a safer workplace environment throughout the supply chain.

Occupational Health and Safety Risk Management

BDMS sets out risk assessment guidelines regarding occupational health, safety, and workplace environment in conformity with the regulations to establish measures for managing and monitoring employees’ health conditions. The Occupational Health Center and Safety Occupational Health & Environment Department must perform internal inspection which include review the information, arrange preliminary surveys, organize site visits, and prepare the performance report to identify health threats. In addition, the working team is responsible for identifying and evaluating risks from operations in all departments, considering the possibility of potential danger, potential contact, and level of danger to propose further procedures, preventive measures, control health threats, or rectification.

The action plans integrated to address occupational health and safety risks from all operations include:
