
Global warming has been imposed by mankind on planet Earth since the beginning of the Industrial Revolution. Since that era around 200 years ago, little has been done to regulate abuses from pollution and to correct degradation of the environment with the result that today, the effects of global warming are clearly increasing at a worrying rate. Those effects are also spreading into more aspects of our lives, including health.
Extreme heat events can give rise to health conditions, the most common and severe being heat stroke.
